For businesses that prefer the functionality and performance of today’s smart phones and tablets, Ricoh has made available a 10.1” Wide Super VGA Smart    Operational Panel option on many of their multifunctional units.
     Using the new Ricoh Smart Device Connector app, which is available for IPhone or Android, users can walk up to the MFP and place their mobile device either on the QR code or on the phone symbol and print directly from their smart devices.

Derby City Litho Wins Gold Award

Derby City Litho, a division of Duplicator Sales & Service, has partnered with the Kentucky Derby Festival since 1988.  In that time, DCL has designed and printed the Media Guide as well as the program for the “They’re Off” Luncheon, the official corporate kick-off of the Kentucky Derby Festival.  Derby City has also printed several other pieces throughout the years to support the Festival.

Why Recycle Toner Cartridges?

  For some time, we've all heard the importance of recycling.  Usually what comes to mind are plastic bottles, cans or even paper.  But it is now more important than ever to consider recycling toner cartridges.  When toner cartridges are empty, many organizations question how to recycle them.  We at Duplicator Sales & Service want to applaud those who recycle and make it easy for them to do so.

Duplicator's Technicians Win Excellence Award from Ricoh

~~Service technicians from across the nation took part in Ricoh Corporation’s Prestige Award testing.  The test questions were broad in range, from the more general service related questions in Part I to industry networking and connectivity questions in Part II.

~~Duplicator Sales & Service and Ricoh Corporation share the same common philosophy regarding their commitment to the environment.  With that being said, Duplicator is pleased to acknowledge that Ricoh is the proud recipient of Buyer’s Lab 2015 Line of the Year award for Energy Efficiency for its A3 line of devices.
     The models that helped Ricoh win this award include the Ricoh MPC2003, 2501sp, C2503, C3003, 3554, C3503, C5503 & C6003.  This study was based on the annual energy consumption of current Ricoh models tested to date.
