     Please welcome Tina Ashby, our new Cash Receipts Specialist in the Accounting Department.  Tina has a heavy background in Cash Receipts with her 20 plus years know-how in the field.

     On the personal side, she is still a newlywed (just two years) and enjoys fishing, cooking & sewing.  She’s also a big University of Kentucky fan.  Welcome aboard!

Meet Ken Richey, our new Temporary Clerical in Accounting.  With his solid background, Ken will be a tremendous asset to the Accounting Department in their time of need.

He graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and two years later went on to acquire his CPA.  He is married and has two children.  

Ken has many interests but his love of horses and sports tops them all.  In particular, he is an avid football fan of the Michigan Wolverines and the Tennessee Volunteers.  Welcome aboard!

When Charles stepped into his role as the Connectivity Specialist for the Elizabethtown territory, there was a lot for him to learn.  Since technology is always changing and each customer is unique, Charles is consistently faced with new challenges.  Each time he embraces the challenge and evaluates how to handle each install while at the same time addressing additional requests.  And as impressive as that is, he never shows signs of frustration.

Art in the Park

If you missed the 8th Annual “Art in the Park” on Saturday, September 23rd at Brownsboro Park Retirement Community, you might want to make a mental note to attend next year’s affair. 

Art in the Park is located off Goose Creek Road in far eastern Jefferson County.  The festival boasts works of over 40 local artists including hand-made jewelry, candles, paintings, pottery, woodworking, glass and leather goods.

Please welcome Lexington Field Service Representative, Josh Legg.  Josh has been a Ricoh technician for 1½ years and his expertise is with the black & white, small to medium units.  He was trained through Ricoh but picked up a lot on his own along the way.

Josh is engaged to be married in October of 2018!  His interests include cars, computers and video games.  He’s also the proud owner of a cherry red 1971 Volkswagen Super Beetle, a father/son project.  Welcome aboard!

     Please welcome Steve Anderson who has recently joined our Billing Department as a Contract Billing (Maintenance) Specialist.  He comes to us with just over 20 years Accounts Payable experience. 

     Steve graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.  On the personal side, he has two grown children and prides himself as an amateur photographer.

E'Town Office Steps Up!

For the third consecutive year, our Elizabethtown office donated to the Backpack Program of Feeding America Kentucky’s Heartland.  This wonderful program provides food and snacks to approximately 6,000 area children on weekends when school is not in session.  By supporting this program, our E’Town office is helping to provide kid-friendly food items on weekends and even during school breaks.

We’re gearing up for sweater weather, spooky decorations and pumpkin flavored everything.  October is just around the corner and the weather is ideal for fall festivals, outdoor concerts and art fairs – the biggest and most popular being the St. James Art Fair.

Tracey is both liked and respected in her role as Supervisor of Shipping & Receiving.  She has done an incredible job of combining what was formerly two separate Shipping & Receiving departments for Duplicator and DCL and has turned them into one well-oiled machine, running smoothly and efficiently.

2017 Service Awards

Duplicator Sales & Derby City Litho’s Annual Service Awards Presentation took place on Thursday, July 18th.  Mike Nash was Master of Ceremonies and he did a splendid job (as always) in honoring these long-time employees.  Distinguished employees with 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 & 35 years of service were recognized.
