 DSS opened its doors in May of 1959. When our Louisville office opened, we started with one Service Technician. We now have over 60 Service Technicians, among many other valuable employees.
Our office in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, was opened in 1980. Our E-town office started with one technician and now dispatches the entire area with three technicians.
Our Lexington office has grown quite well since it's opening in 1991. We have over ten technicians working out of the office, while dispatching a wide territory from Milton to Frankfort.
We utilize Automated Dispatch System (ADS) software and Nextel phones for quick and efficient service.
