All Hail Our Employee of the Month - Leila Phillips!

As of late, Leila has been a tremendous help while the service department has transitioned between dispatchers. As she settles into her new role as Administrative Assistant, she has continued to help cover dispatch while our new staff member has been in training.  To her credit, she is very knowledgeable of the workings of the service department. Add to the fact she is always willing to help make sure tasks are completed makes her a valuable and worthwhile employee.

He's Back!!!

A big welcome back to Josh Benningfield!  Josh was formerly a key member of our Inside Sales team but relocated to Hilton Head just about a year ago.  It only took a mandatory evacuation of Hurricane Dorian for Josh to find his way back to us.

His experience with the company and especially supplies makes Josh a perfect fit for the Lead Shipping/Receiving position.  Welcome back!

Consider It Done Award

Congratulations are in order for Dusko Bogdanovic, this month’s Employee of the Month.  Dusko is a beloved member of our service department and customers and employees alike frequently sing his praises.

A recent example of how Dusko exceeds expectations occurred just a couple of weeks ago.  He was contacted to take an emergency service call over a weekend when the business is normally closed.  Dusko used his resources and was able to gain access to the building in order to get items needed for completion of the call.  In short, crises averted thanks to Dusko.

Welcome Aboard!

A warm welcome to Ken Helton, our new Business Development Executive in the Sales Department.  Ken will be concentrating on major accounts and has 20 years of sales experience under his belt.

He is married and has three children ages 22, 16 & 15.  He is a big fan of the University of Kentucky basketball, the Pittsburgh Steelers football and the E’Town Panthers where his children have all been involved in sports.  He also keeps busy coaching Club Volleyball in E’Town.  Welcome aboard!

A Big Welcome to Kevin Elliott!

Meet Grant Mitchell

Please welcome Grant Mitchell to the IT Department. Grant will be assuming the role of Systems Technician II.  His background and technical training took place in the four years he spent with the Marine Corps.

Grant is an avid sports fan in general, but his heart is with the Miami Hurricanes football team.  He also enjoys the great outdoors.  Grant has two dachshunds, Camo who is 3 years old and Poe who is just under a year.  He’s also in the midst of planning a wedding and will be married in October of 2020.  Congrats and welcome aboard!

Man of the Hour

Congratulations to David Page, our Employee of the Month for September.  If anyone is consistently willing to help the customer, it’s David.  He works great under pressure as evidenced by the 10-15 calls normally in his box which, by the way, he handles with ease and no complaints.  Having said that, he is always willing to reshuffle his calls to take on an emergency.  Add to the fact that he’s willing to help out other techs shows what a genuine employee he is.

Always smiling and a pleasure to work with makes David an outstanding selection for Employee of the Month.  Nice job!
