Welcome Aboard!

In order to be successful, an organization has to realize the importance of keeping its existing clientele happy while adapting to their ever-changing needs. Here at Duplicator Sales & Service, we appreciate our customer loyalty and would like to extend a warm welcome to our new customers:

Clown Day at Duplicator Sales & Service

Duplicator Sales & Service is proud to be the Clown Headquarters for the 2016 Pegasus Parade.  In fact, we have had the pleasure of providing this service for 20 plus years.  DS&S is strategically located at the very start of the parade at Campbell & Broadway.  Our garage area provides ample room for the “funny people” to meet, get their costumes together and basically entertain all employees coming and going.  And, by the way, we are a great audience!

Steve, a.k.a. "Stevo", has the unique ability to recognize and react to sales opportunities that have resulted in mutual successes for him, his customers and Derby City Litho.  In the tradition of DCL, Steve strives and pushes us ALL to achieve perfection with a strong commitment to excellence for his customers.  He has a personal drive like I've never seen in my 25 years at Derby City.

Introducing ...

Please extend a warm welcome to Kesha Spoelker, our new addition to the Accounting Department.  Kesha comes to us with 4 years accounting experience under her belt in her new position as Billing Specialist.  She has a Business Administration degree from Lubbock Christian University with a background in Computer Information Systems.

She has one daughter (Mya) who is 12-years-old.  Kesha is a self-proclaimed computer geek and a University of Louisville football fan.  Welcome aboard!

Welcome Aboard!

A big welcome to Bob Crawford, our new Monthly Maintenance Billing Specialist in the Accounting Department.  Bob has a degree in Business & Economics from Georgetown College and comes to us with over 30 years shopping center property management experience.

In his free time, he enjoys the great outdoors and likes to spend time tinkering and rebuilding his classic jeep.  He also enjoys Celtic and New Age music.  Welcome aboard, Bob!

Duplicator Adds Mail Division

We are happy to announce that Corporate Mailing Systems, a locally owned authorized FP Postbase mailing systems dealer, is now a division of Duplicator Sales & Service.  The purchase of the mailing equipment division increases our ability to assist our customers with all aspects of their office equipment and technology needs.
FP Mailing Solutions is the fastest growing company in the mailing system business and we are excited to be a part of such a new and exciting industry.

Meet Our New Employee

A big welcome to Delwuan "Del" Thompson, new to our Delivery Department.  Del has been working through a temporary agency the last couple of months and now we're pleased to say he's taken on the full-time role of a Delivery Driver/Technician.  He's been in the transportation business for the last 10 years or so, so he brings solid experience with him.

Employee of the Month

Mike Lanter has been with the company for almost 16 years and in that time he has established himself as a loyal, reliable and likable employee.  It should come as no surprise that the Accounting Department admits they couldn't function without him.  He's a key team player in his role as Billing Staff Assistant and he's always eager to help out in other areas of the department.

Mike, we appreciate your great attitude and enjoy working with you.  Congrats!

Happy at Work

"Employees who believe that management is concerned about them as a whole person - not just an employee - are more productive, more satisfied, more fulfilled.  Satisfied employees mean satisfied customers."    - Anne M. Mulcahy

With that in mind, please join us in celebrating Duplicator Sales & Service and Derby City Litho's working anniversaries for January, February and March:

Put All Your Eggs in One Basket

Originally marketed for homes and small businesses, the multifunctional unit is in high demand for medium to large businesses and has been for some time now.   Commonly known as MFP’s, these versatile devices consolidate copy, print, scan & fax into one single unit.
Why are they so popular?  In a nutshell – space!  Gone are the days of having a copier on one wall next to a fax machine that is next to a printer.  Eliminating a scanner at your desk obviously frees up work space there as well.
