Duplicator Receives Service Excellence Award

Ricoh recently recognized Duplicator Sales & Service’s top-notch Service Department and extended their appreciation for their participation in the Service Excellence Program.  Ricoh acknowledged Duplicator’s commitment to service excellence and reported that out of 400+ dealerships, only 55 dealers earned this prestigious Service Excellence Award. 
Ricoh evaluated Duplicator’s overall dealer service operation and pointed out the company’s strong commitment to the customer by continually providing superior product training and professional development.  They evaluated Duplicator’s field productivity & efficiency measures versus industry benchmarking and discovered that Duplicator exceeded the requirements in many categories such as hardware & solutions training, field staff & help desk productivity, efficiency measures and overall customer satisfaction, just to name a few.
According to Ricoh, this service excellence program was designed to recognize the “Best of the Best” and considers Duplicator to be one of the top dealers in the country!
