Happy People - Happy Workplace

~~     When employees remain with a business over many years, it speaks volumes about the company.   Finding good employees is a challenge for any business, but retaining good employees is a true accomplishment.  Some may go so far as to say the key to a successful business is having good long-time employees who know the ins and outs of the business.

What is a Document Server?

~~The document server is a storage area on all mid-volume and up Ricoh multifunctional copiers.  It is ideal for storing commonly used forms such as fax cover sheets, expense reports, and even larger documents like employee handbooks.  Up to 3000 files can be stored.  Documents can be stored at the device itself using either the document feeder or exposure glass or can be sent directly from a PC.  The document server can be accessed from any computer connected to the same network that the Ricoh server is.

Printer Mailboxes are Helping Businesses

~~Lexmark proves there is still a need for stand-alone printers and the M5155 is just one of those in their line of blue-chip printers.  The M5155 comes network ready and is equipped with standard duplexing.  It also has a customizable 4.36 inch intuitive color touch screen, making it simple to maneuver even for the most inexperienced of operators.

Congratulations Are In Order

~~Please join us in congratulating Chelsea Elliott and Hunter Wallace, Employees of the Month for April and May.  Chelsea has been an intricate part of our Inside Sales Group for just under two years.  In that time, she has proven to be held in high regard from both customers and fellow employees.  Her customer service skills are always on display as she assists accounts, both over the phone and in person.

Customers are the lifeblood of any business and we at Duplicator Sales & Service do not take for granted our loyal and growing customer base.  Let us take this time to welcome our new customers:

Clown Day at Duplicator

~~Duplicator is proud to be the Clown Headquarters for the 2015 Pegasus Parade.  In fact, we have had the pleasure of providing this service for 20 plus years.
DS&S is strategically located at the very start of the parade at Campbell & Broadway.  Our garage area provides ample room for the “funny people” to meet, get their costumes together and basically entertain all employees coming and going.  And, by the way, we are a great audience!

Aurora Twombly

Duplicator Sales and Service/Derby City Litho is proud to have Aurora Twombly home. You can find her at 831 East Broadway, Louisville KY, 40204, located inside on the demo floor. We would like to share some information on how she came into our lives.

On why we chose to sponsor a Gallopallooza horse:

The Importance of a Connectivity Help Desk

After the purchase of a multifunctional device equipped with copy, print, and scan, a customer can reap the benefits of a Connectivity Help Desk supplied from the dealer.  This service can provide technical assistance and support for incoming questions and issues related to connectivity on the multifunctional device.
