The Value of Optimized Print

~~When it comes to the investment in your business’s print solutions, you have to look beyond the cost of the equipment alone.  You have to ask yourself, is it realistic to hold on to outdated equipment such as an older copier or obsolete printer? Can you afford to NOT have the latest and greatest to improve workflow and communication within your business?

Buying a Reconditioned Copier: Is This a Good Idea?

When it comes time for a business to purchase a multi-functional copier, there are many things to take into account.  One crucial consideration would be to look at new or reconditioned machines.
Most businesses have a budget, so purchasing “new” might be a hard obstacle to overcome.  And if you are a start-up company, purchasing new might be totally out of the question.  It’s good to know that you can get a reconditioned piece of equipment for a fraction of the cost of a new one.
